Click on Login then click Make A Payment. You may choose a onetime credit card or echeck payment or create a reoccurring payment for a specified time. We cannot accept payments over the phone.
Yes by clicking on the picture of the Credit Cards or the echeck icon under Make A Payment. There is a convenience fee charged by the credit card company to use credit cards (3.25%).
You may log into your online account and in the center of the page you may click on Account Statement.
Log into your account, then you can access these documents under Community Information a side bar will appear and these documents are located under “Governing Documents”
The ACC Modification Request Form is located under your online account, Click on Community Information then “Property Policy”. Located in this section is the form that will need to be sent back.

You may access the “Homeowner Information Form” online under “Property Information” Please fill out this form and either email to firstname.lastname@example.org or Fax to: 678.475.7715.

Also, you may download your CC&Rs under Community Information from the side bar "Governing Documents”. If you do not have your account Login & Password, please call GCM at 770.554.1236.
Your Closing Attorney will email GCM for a closing letter at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Important: At Closing, give the buyer of your home ALL access cards, remotes, pool key fobs, keys, etc. to any HOA amenities.
